  Lucky Loose Woman Zoe Tyler has been soaking up a bit of sunshine and enjoying a splash about in the surf with her son Jake.
  
  Voice coach and singer Zoe, 40, took some time out from a trip on the new P&O cruise ship Azura, on which she has been performing, to enjoy a frolic on the beach in Gran Canaria.
  
  She looked positively glowing in her pink and white striped bikini. But, like the rest of us, Zoe had put herself on a pre-trip diet to prepare to bare (nearly) all in public.
  
  Zoe said on Twitter before she left: 'Ok just got on scales nearly 5 pounds down yippee!! Slightly worried about the cruise tho! Diet and cruises don't mix.'
  
  You're telling us, with all that wonderful food and drink on board to sample!
  
  But dieting was clearly starting to occupy Zoe's mind a little too much. She wrote: 'Had dream last night about roast potatoes cooked in goose fat! OMG! Gagging! Then my friend bought Jake bucket of Cadburys! Started dribblin.'
  
  So what was Zoe's secret to losing nearly half a stone?
  
  She had shared her plans before her break, revealing that she was cutting out carbohydrates for six weeks.
  
  'It's a special diet,' she reveled. [I've] done it before...Basically no Double Deckers or curry with naan bread for me! Killer!'
  
  It sounds like torture - but a small price to pay for looking bikini fab!
